Water is a major concern world over and more so in RA. There is a need to build water security for RA so that the next war is not fought on water or terrotorial rights. RA requires peace for the next 10 years atleast for building its economy so as to have a strong internal and external security in a threatening neighborhood.

There should be governmental or other incentives to clean water and in general water resource management if done properly can unlock huge value (Sevan ecosystem in particular is very attractive to recover by market driven mechanisms.)
