How to make men and guys in Armenia understand that when they feel they can’t cope with stress – they should go see a therapist?
Instead of going to the gym, turning to smoking or alcohol, Insta scrolling – as a “solution”.
And how to encourage more of them to work as psychologists? There are mostly females in that field, globally.
In spyurk it’s more normalised than in Armenia.
Thank you so much for your work!
Are there any projects where people, especially teenagers or soldiers with PTSD trauma and their family members can get a therapy session/consultation online for free?
Like in other countries.
Is there any public dialogue on Armenians’ mental state after the war and the blockade in Armenia?
Thanks
