Public Opinion Survey: Residents of Armenia September 2024

The results of the Public Opinion Survey: Residents of Armenia (September 2024) are now publicly available, offering a revealing look into the views of Armenian citizens at a crucial moment. Conducted on behalf of the International Republican Institute’s Center for Insights in Survey Research by Breavis (represented by IPSC LLC) and funded by USAID, this survey captures opinions from 1,503 adults across Armenia, including those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. Using telephone interviews, the research provides a unique perspective on key social, economic and political issues that shape everyday life and national priorities.

This survey delves into the public’s top concerns, including economic challenges, national security and institutional trust. It also highlights the levels of satisfaction with public services and gauges the public’s interest in political reforms. From challenges in the job market and cost of living to views on governance and civic engagement, this resource serves as a guide for policymakers, spotlighting areas where the Armenian people seek immediate attention and transformative change.
